Note:  ACRA dues may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense, but not deductible as a charitable contribution.  A portion of your dues, however, is not deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense to the extent that it represents the costs of ACRA’s lobbying activities.  The non-deductible portion of your dues (which includes lobbying expenses, as required by law) is 15%.
